Our cancellation policy

We work hard to see our patients as quickly as possible but appointments are in high demand.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please call as far in advance as possible so that we can offer the time reserved for you to someone else who needs it. Failure to do so will incur a charge and may affect future appointments that we are able to offer you.

Effective 1st February 2022; we will charge full price for appointments that are missed or not cancelled within 24 hours.

We offer a free email notification service to remind you of your appointment time and date to help reduce missed appointments.
